By creating an account, accessing Rentilax, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting your credentials. Activity performed through your account is treated as activity authorized by you unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with platform security, or use another person's account without permission.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter into Rentilax, including tenant, guest, property, lease, payment, expense, reservation, and accounting information.

Rentilax provides software tools and does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or real-estate advice. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents and reports before relying on them.

We work to keep Rentilax available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or discontinued when required for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.

You may not use Rentilax to distribute malware, violate privacy rights, commit fraud, scrape protected data, overload the service, reverse engineer restricted components, or engage in activity that violates applicable law.

Rentilax, its software, product design, trademarks, and original platform content remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the platform.

You retain ownership of the data and content you lawfully submit to the service.

Access may be restricted or terminated where necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful activity, enforce these Terms, or address serious security or payment issues. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rentilax is provided on an as-available basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-provided data, third-party services, or decisions made solely from automated reports without appropriate review.

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
